When Dave and his wife Karna moved from our neighborhood, Balboa Terrace in San Francisco, they were missed by all. Dave had been a long-serving member of our HOA Board of Directors and could always be counted on to step in and help out with everything from Board elections to annual picnics. After reading this tribute, it sounds as if Dave's prodigious energy and intellect was applied in new directions and he continued to contribute to his new community. As his friend, Henry, noted he also volunteered at the San Francisco Visitor Information Center, polishing his Italian, and welcoming guests from around the world.
