Deborah Goddard passed away on October 6, 2023, at 80 in Sonoma, CA. Born in Detroit, Michigan on April 9, 1943, to the late Moe and Tania Saslove, she was a business owner and an avid lover of fashion and art. The true love of her life was her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband Stephen Goddard; her sons and daughters-in-law, David Barnblatt, Patricia Ellebracht, Brad Barnblatt and Portia Barnblatt; her stepchildren and their spouses Robert Goddard and Michelle Pineda, and Susan Goddard and Dean Davis; her grandchildren, Brian Overbay and Lindsay Close, Michelle Goddard, Jamie Goddard, Jade Barnblatt, and Andy Davis; her great-granddaughter, Audrey Overbay; and by her sister, Rima Saslove Biback, and brother, Joshua Saslove.
The family would also like to thank all of the caregivers and caring staff that attended to Deborah in her final days.
To honor Deborah's memory, the family would appreciate donations to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
