Uncle Jerry was always my favorite uncle. I have the best memories of him clear back when he would always pretend to cut my curls so he could have hair and the "scary" rides he would take us on in his work station wagon.
I will always be amazed the details of not only my life, but later my children's lives that he would remember and ask about. Our son, Justin mentioned this in a recent email to me. He always took such an intrest in his family and we all knew that he truely loved each one of us.
I am also forever greatful of how he and your mom took care of my mom for many years. They were all joined at the hip. I know Irving street misses all of them.
May God comfort you all at this time of loss. Our prayers are with you. Love , Jim & Cathy

Sullivan and Musante Families:

We wish to express our great love for Uncle Dermott and Aunt Lorraine. They have been tremendous influences in our lives and they will always be with us.

We had the great fortune, as adults, to get to know them both again at Dermott's 80th birthday party. We enjoyed all of his great stories of great-grandma Hannah, great-grandpa Jerimiah, the great earthquake and the Sullivan's of County Cork.

We very much enjoyed the opportunity to meet our second cousins and we look forward to our future family re-unions.

We wish we could be there with you today and we are in our hearts always. Love and Gratitude to all. Mark, Julia, and Caitlyn Sullivan.

PS: I have posted some recent photos of us and Dermott from this last summer.

Your parents were such an important part of my life. They were wonderful neighbors. (Tommy, I wonder if you remember when I use to walk you to school.) Throughout the years we have kept in touch. In 1954 your dad took our family picture the day that I entered the convent. Fifty years later your parents came to my golden anniversary celebration at Moss Beach.

May your memories be a consolation to you at this time of loss.

With empathy,
Rita Jovick, PBVM
