Dorothy Feuster Obituary

Dorothy Myers Feuster In Redwood City, October 12, 2009. Passed in peace at home surrounded by family. Beloved wife preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Wallace who passed December 22, 2003. Dorothy is survived by and was cherished by her daughter, Nancy Christensen (and husband, Mark); grandchildren Marcy & Reed Christensen and caregiver, Nel Manzano. She also leaves an extended family including much loved nieces, nephews and cousins. A native of Uniontown, Pennsylvania; born July 13, 1922. A longtime resident of San Francisco and recently of Redwood City; longtime member of First United Presbyterian Church, San Francisco, where she served as an Elder and a Deacon; member of Trinity Presbyterian Church, San Carlos. Co-founder in 1975 of W & F Enterprises. Dorothy was completely devoted to her daughter and grandchildren. There was nobody more proud of their family. She loved having parties and being surrounded by her many friends and extended family. She was always generous and wanted to help everyone. She will be sorely missed. Friends are invited to visitation with the family from 3:30pm to 6:30 pm Sunday, October 18, 2009 and to attend the funeral service at 10:00am Monday, October 19, 2009 at the Colonial Mortuary of CROSBY - N. GRAY & CO., 2 Park Road, (corner El Camino and Peninsula Avenue) Burlingame Memorials to DeMolay Foundation of California Scholarship Fund, 34400 Mission Blvd., Union City, CA 94587; California Job's Daughters Foundation Scholarship Fund, 303 W. Lincoln Ave. Ste. 210, Anaheim, CA 92805-2928; or Pathways Hospice Foundation, 585 N. Mary Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA, 94085-2905 are preferred.
