My deepest sympathy in the loss of your Mom. She always treated me with the greatest respect, and I was just a sailor from Pennsylvania. I have great memories of her and her patience when I used to play her player piano and sing loud enough to bother the neighbors.

Thank you Mary for calling me yesterday. I have spent the day thinking of your Mom, Aunt Betty, and remembering the years I knew her and all of you, her loving family. I remember her as a kind, loving, and strong woman. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time, and I send my love and sympathy to you and to those who may remember me.

I was so sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. I remember Betty as my neigbor and close friend of my mother, Florence Lago, and godmother of my sister, Marietta. I hope you will find comfort in the fact that she is fondly remembered as a caring friend. I have many great memories of her from my childhood. Best wishes to all of you.
