I'm sorry to hear about Ellen's passing. We went to art and fashion events together in NYC for awhile but she seemed to disappear some time ago. I knew she wasn't certain if she'd stay in NY so I assumed she moved. Recently I tried reaching out again and her email and phone no longer worked. I appreciated her intelligence, passion for art and horses, drive to keep learning, and her class.

By some chance occurrences I have ended up with Ellen's complete series of (Nieman Marcus) photo albums , from childhood to quite late in life , around 12 total , including college pictures and group photos with the famous and wealthy.
I also have original art on canvas , around 12 also , including a self portrait with a horse. Enquires are welcome , trades considered . I live in SF .

My heart is heavy to hear the news of Ellen's passing...she was a bright light of energy and love for all that knew her and for our AccessCircles Community. Her love of art and passion to teach and share her knowledge was remarkable. She could bring a painting to life as if you were watching the artist paint it through their eyes. In the short time I had known Ellen, our shared experience of viewing art in Japan will be a cherished memory for the rest of my life. Rest in peace dear friend, thank you for making the world a better place. My sincere condolences to her loved ones and family. Lynn Connelly

My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Ellen. When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure when it fills your heart with love and brings you joy. May you find comfort in Jesus promise of the hope of everlasting life at John 6:40.
