Ernie Feibusch, known as Coach to all except his immediate family, passed away shortly after reaching his 95th birthday. He was born in Hohen Neuendorf (Berlin), Germany to Emma and Isador Feibusch, and predeceased by his lovely wife, Joyce and their only son, London, and his brothers, Theodor and twin, Hans. His nephews, Robert Feibusch of Ross and John Feibusch of Sunnyvale and his nieces, Miryam Bush of Sheffield, England, and Dr. Kate Feibusch of Windsor, California, survive Ernie. London's wife, Keigh, also survives him. She always brought him a sweet to eat or a coffee with lots of milk whenever she visited; Ernie looked forward to those frequent visits. To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

I was in Mr Feibusch's home room 1961-64 and was his home room secretary. Fantastic person! When I attended a reunion MANY years later, he was there and came right up to speak to me. I was so pleased he remembered me!!

I took Mr. Feibusch three times for history at Lowell in the late 1980s. He was an inspirational history teacher. God bless.

Mr. Ernst Feibusch was an excellent soccer coach and a great human being and friend. I had the privilege and pleasure of being one of his soccer pupils when I joined the Lowell High School Soccer Team in 1976. I learned very much about the sport from Mr. Feibusch. I will forever think of him whenever soccer comes to my mind.
I offer my deepest and most sincere sympathy to his family. Rest In Peace Mr. Feibusch.

When I was in the 4th grade at St Gabriel's grammar school Coach Ernie walked into the Principal's office and said he wanted to start some soccer teams. I'm not sure he knew that the door he just opened would expose hundreds or thousands of young Sunset District players to the game, but it did. He coached our St Gabriel teams as well as many years of our Viking United teams. He was so happy when we finally beat Mercury United. He and my father became close friends and I had a great conversation with him three years ago after my father had passed. The Legend of Coach Ernie will never fade.
