I was so saddened to just learn of Eva's passing. She was a fixture to me at both Dr. Weinstein's office and at ACT.
Eva, I did not know that you were suffering from an illness, and I am sad about that. My "visits" to you were either when I was having my eyes checked or when I was lucky enough to be going to the theatre. Once we just ran into each other for no reason at all, and it was nice. You were always professional and considerate. I will miss your skilled running of the office and seeing you in the theatre while handing out programs and slipping in your mini-review of what I could expect.

My heart aches at the news I just found out about this wonderful Woman.
My interaction with Ava was mostly through Dr. Weinstein. Thank you Ava for always finding me The Best and The Hottest and the most Fashionable glasses for me !
Both of us being theater buffs, I also ran in to Ava a lot @ ACT.
A bright light has left us but will never be totally extinguished for the memories I have in my heart.
My sympathies to her family and friends.

Eva, I'm glad we ran into each other last year. I never did make it to see you at Dr. Weinstein's. I will miss you!

As an volunteer usher at ACT for the past several years, I grew to respect and adore Eva. Her love of the theatre and knowledge of theatre was inspiring. My heart hurts to think of not seeing her at ACT. It feels as though there is a big void there now that will be hard to fill.

Finally, does this mean you'll stop addressing me by my last name ?
I love you Eva and I will miss you

Eva was a voice of support and clarity in a very challenging time. I am so grateful that I was able to see her and work with her in the theatre. I am very thankful for her perspective in our conversations and sorry that I did not thank her for all she did for me.

Eva was a very classy lady & so professional in her role as the House Manager of ACT. Enjoyed working with her for so many years. She was "one of a kind" & will be missed.

Eva was a lovely spirit. One of those very special people. It is deeply sad that she has passed. Her presence at ACT will be sorely missed and I, for one, shall never forget her kindness to me during those years I was associated with that theatre company. Thank you, Eva.

Eva is missed so much in the neighborhood by all who loved her.
Her kindness and humanity was matched by her tremendous love of the arts and her fabulous style.
This Sunday, I will be at the theater where the loss is surely to be deeply felt.
Fly away and be free, my friend.

I'm proud to say I'm one of the original "Ms. Eva's girl's". She nurtured me for twenty years, kept me laughing, fascinated, and looking like a movie star in my fancy glasses. Love ya Eva, I'll never "snap out of it".
