Florence Kieffer Obituary
July 26, 1928 - November 7, 2022
Florence (Flo) Georgina Kieffer (Kinnear) passed away Monday, November 7, 2022 in South Lake Tahoe with her family by her side at the age of 94. Florence lived in Westlake (Daly City) since 1952. Florence was born in S.F. on July 26, 1928 to Eben and Florence S. Kinnear. She had four brothers (all deceased) and graduated from Balboa High School in 1946.
Florence married Joseph L. Kieffer (deceased) in 1951 and had two loving, devoted children Martin (Lucy) Kieffer and Janet Twyman (Pat). She leaves behind four grandchildren: Christina Kieffer, Nicholas (Kylie) Twyman, Brittany (Ryan) Price and Trevor Twyman. She is also survived by three great grandchildren: Michael, Isabella and Joseph Rodriquez.
Florence devoted her life to her family and at the age of 94 kept in touch daily with her iPhone, Facebook and personal letters to family and friends. She divided her time between her home in Daly City and South Lake Tahoe. She was a devoted 30 year employee of Pacific Telephone and 10 year employee of Charles Schwab. She was well loved by all that knew her and her family will miss her tremendously. We loved her more than words can possibly say and she will live in our hearts forever.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday November 22, 2022 at Duggan's Serra Mortuary in Daly City, CA at 11:00AM, with an interment at Olivet Memorial Park in Colma, CA at a later date.

Janet, I went to school with you at OLM. I am so terribly sorry for your loss. I too recently lost my Dad. It has been so hard. Finally, I am able to smile at the beautiful times we had while he was healthy as well as sick. I hope you will one day get to that place. My deepest condolences to you and your family.
