Fred, the most wonderful boss I ever worked for. As his assistant at Nobel/Sysco I always knew exactly what to do. He was SO precise about everything. Not one ground hog day goes by that I didn't think of him. Rest in Peace.

Our time as friends was short, but your impact on me will never be forgotten. I miss you Fred!! You and Robert could have celebrated your birthdays together!!! It is too quiet here without you and the kids. I know you are in a better place but I don't have to like it. I imagine by now you have everyone "whipped into tip top shape":) Until we meet again..........

Everyone can master something and Fred mastered the completion of the task. Any work assigned, no matter the labor or difficulty, if given to Fred - consider it done. Stories of his problem solving exist in abundance. Predicaments equaled solutions… and in his Ferrari mind, solutions abounded.

Where most heard silence, Fred heard an alarm - a call to action. The Navy, Fire Department or Home-Owner's Association Board Member -to him they were civic privileges.

He lived in a climate of order and citizen duty. He left this world neater and better than he found it. He is missed.

Personally, his impact on me will always be special.

This week is Fred's birthday. Happy Birthday Fred – you still own the day.
