My heartfelt condolences to the Cooks and extended family. I have only good memories of Jerry. He and Catherine were always very kind to me. Thank you, Jerry for your kindness, your humor and your beautiful family that I was so privileged to know. Rest in peace, my friend.

I would like to express my condolenses to the entire Cook family
on the passing of your Dad.
In 1969 your dad hired hired me at the meat/fish market on 16th and Castro. First he made me get a social security card and then I learned how to clean the meat slicing machines. I still have the scares to prove it. The best part of my job is that while working we listened to to Russ Hodges and Lon Simmons when the Giants were playing.
I also learned about customer service.
I enjoyed many dinners at with my mom at your home and your great support for NDV and Father Pratt.
You were very fortunate to have him for so many years.
