Mark and I have been friends with Gordon and his family for many years. Our children are of a similar age which was our initial bond. Since then, we have loved being with Brenda and Gordon for so many occasions. Gordon was a sweet man. We will miss him, but our close friendship with Brenda will continue. We send loving thoughts to Brenda, Chrissy, Mimi, Matt. Love, Connie and Mark Tuft

I am grateful that I got to meet Gordon on a number of occasions, both as a student of JFK University where Brenda, in charge of international students, regularly invited us to her home. After graduation, on visits to California, Brenda and I continued to meet and the last time was in May of this year, where once again she took me to their home and we three, Gordon, Brenda and I had a lovely lunch. Gordon greeted me and proceeded to talk about events which we all three had shared. He was welcoming, interested and interesting and I think I was fortunate to get him on a "good day" where he was very alert. It is always such a blessing to go to a strange country or a new university in a strange country and have someone take you to their home and their heart. Brenda was exceptional in her care of international students. Since 1990 when I graduated, we have kept in touch, mainly through the caring mind of Brenda and her husband and family. Thank you. You do not all know me but I know you through Brenda. I am privileged and grateful. Mary Moran from Ireland, working in Uganda.

I was in a case with Gordon many years ago. I don´t remember anything about the case but I do remember him as a nice and decent fellow. All the best to his family.
