7/11/2024 I am finishing Standing at the Scratch Line as I type. I am scratching at 50 years now. Ive been listening to this book series since about 27 years. My soul cries for this series often so I read it all again. As I grow older I find things in the book that I comprehend differently. I absolutely love your writing and I am so grateful I am alive to have experienced such a journey. Audible narrators have given your book justice and power! I long for change whenever I listen to it. I long for the courage of King. I cry for the choice Serena made as a woman although I understand it. Mr Guy Johnson... No other book has ever continued to touch my spirit. Thank you for this gift... I will continue to praise this work of art and pass it along to anyone and everyone. As the audio book now ends once again... I hope to see and meet you at that Scratch Line in the after life. Well Done.
