I met Hazel at Levi's. She was my first indication of how to retire well and interestingly. The way she conducted her life continues to inspire me. Such a light.

Hazel was always up, dressed, and holding the door for me when I left 956 Sacramento for work.
We talked about PEI quite a bit, as I have good friends who live there. I will miss her smile, and upbeat candor.

Hazel was my son's (Austin Phillips) great aunt. She had a lot of class and style. She was always interesting to talk to. She also did a lot of charity work in San Francisco. She will be missed. May she rest in peace.

Hazel is my son's (Austin Phillips) great aunt. She was a very independent woman with much class and style. She was always interesting to talk to, and she will be dearly missed. I know she did a lot of charity work throughout her life. May she rest in peace. With love, Lauren

Aunt Hazel will be sadly missed and we take comfort in knowing she will now be our guardian angel and look out for Scott and be the kind and gentle soul she always was. Fondly remembered and always loved, Nephew, Scott Phillips and family, especially his children, Dylan and Hope ( who was born on Aunt Hazel's birthday 11 years ago).

I worked with Hazel for years at Levi's. She was the kindest and sweetest person I ever met. It was always a good day to see and speak to her.
