Happy Birthday Jason, I can't believe it has almost been a year since you have passed, and my cousin Sonny(who you worked with at Templers) just told me last month. I always enjoyed being around you.. your parties at your house, when we went 3 wheeling, St. Patricks day when we took you out.. Or even dinner in the Lucky's parking lot.. that was the best..Good times..You are a great person and I hear God takes the best...I know you are an angel..I will see you again someday.. (I have a couple pics to share from your parties..)

Jason, when I think of you, as I often will, I will always remember your mischievous smile and those adorable dimples. Over the 18 years we've know each other, I've always considered you my stepbrother-- the younger brother I never had. I miss you already! I know my Mom was there to greet you with a big smile and a warm hug, when you arrived on the other side.
My heart goes out to all the family and friends who love you dearly. You are a shining star in the heavens. Light and love to you and yours.

Words cannot express the pain that I felt when God called you home. I was so happy to see you at the wedding cause years went by and I hadn't seen you in so long. It was great to see you, you looked great. I know that you're alright cause my son Keith Jr says that you are okay cause you are with his daddy in heaven. We love you and will miss you always. P.S. Could you do me a Big Favor and tell my Pappas that I will see him later, it's not my time yet. :)

Hello from Pattaya Thailand,
My name is DOC and my wife is Zina and we met JASON at Fairtex Pattaya Thailand and we are working Missionaries in Thailand.
Jason was really enjoying Fairtex, we got to know him a little and he gave us his contact info when we told him that we were going to be in Antioch California USA.
Well, I actually called today, a lady graciously told me what happened and it always amazes me that death is a part of life.
We really felt that JASON was at a turning point of his life and he said that our lives have really challenged him to think about what he was doing with his life.
We are praying for you all and God said that He would morn with those whom morn and He is the greatest Comforter and Peace Giver. May He give you answers in this time that seems to have no answers.
Love in His PASSION, DOC & Zina Docto. :)

well,
i really can`t put into words the pain i feel in my heart. never have i lost anyone, especially someone i was close to, someone i spent my whole life around. Jason, you we`re always laughing, smiling & having a good time. you we`re my dads bestfriend, my uncle, part of my heart. i love you forever & always. i know you are somewhere up there, giving them one hell of a time. & i know you are enjoying every minute of it. loosing you is hard, i don`t know what i`m supposed to feel, or think. my heart aches at every thought of you.i miss you, & i hate knowing that i will never hear you laugh again. but the worst part about loosing you, is seeing my dad the way he is. my dad is my hero & to see him so vulnerable is hard. i know he misses you. as do many people. & i hope he`ll be ok. i love you, i miss you. & i ask you to watch over me, my dad & my family. Jason you have forever changed me. you`re in my heart forever.

You were one of my younger sister's best friends in high school. I only met you a few times, since I hung out with the "older" crowd. Even so, I remember you as a fun loving, free spirited, up-front, and good hearted person. I remember the time that my folks were gone and my sister had a party. You were there along with some of my sister's other friends. I had just brought home my new Himalayan kitten. You immediately fell in love with that fur ball and held it throughout the evening in front of everyone, not caring what other people thought, partying with your friends until you fell asleep on the couch with it curled up on your chest. I thought to myself, this a person worth liking. Just by reading what everyone has written in this guest book and seeing what an impact your life has made on other people's lives, I see how right I was.

Jason,
I only knew you for the last few years, but you always had a BIG smile on your face and the most wild & crazy, but warm & welcoming attitude. My prayers go out to your family & friends always and I know you will be watching over them closely. They all did an absolutely wonderful job on your memorial service. It was just like you, ONE OF A KIND! I have a little poem that I have held close to my heart for a long time & I believe this is what you meant to EVERYONE whose lives you have touched:
“Why God Made Friends"
'God made the world with a heartful of love, Then he looked down from Heaven above, And saw that we all need a helping hand, Someone to share with, who’ll understand. He made special people to see us through the glad times and the sad times, too; A person on whom we can always depend, Someone we can call a friend'
You will be missed & never forgotten. May you ROCK the heavens like you rocked the earth! Rest in Peace, Jason!

Jason,
I didnt know you that well, yet you always called me your friend.
i didnt come to your house too often, yet you always left the door open for me.
I never did alot of favors for you, yet you were always willing to give me a hand.
Thank you for your time, here,
with all of us.
It will always be an honor and a priviledge to have been able to call you not just a friend, but a pal.

Jason,
You once told me that I was an excellent writer, I always knew what to say and the right way to say it; but there is no right way. This is all so wrong. This has to be the hardest thing I have ever written. How can you some up all the memories that come flooding back? First and foremost, you are the most courageous person I know. You wouldn't think twice about single-handedly taking on an army if it was for something or someone you cared deeply for. You are also courageous in that you are the only guy I know that would admit to loving the movie "Grease" and had no reservations when singing the songs at the the top of your lungs. We must have watched that movie 30 times that one summer. You swore I was like Sandy from the movie; quiet, sheltered and proper but that one day the inner wild child in me would surface and I would show up at the FC carnival smoking and wearing pleather! Not likely, but I am proud to say that the strangest, craziest, and funniest things I have ever done were with you and because of your coaxing or triple-dog daring. Knowing you has made laugh harder, "live" more and be a braver person. If there was ever a good time to be had, you were usually the mastermind behind it. Like the time on my 19th birthday when you somehow convinced me to let 5 of us squeeze into my 2 seater Fiero to drive across the Bay for my party. It is a good thing you knew how to take off the sunroof so Sam could stick his head out! (You were always handy like that) I have never laughed so hard but at the same time cried so much from the pain. No one has ever taught me more about car audio, rims and tires, engines and exhausts. I trusted you so much I even let you race the Fiero at Sears Point, the first time I ever got grounded. You were so full of integrity also. You showed up at my doorstep the morning after my tattoo with the $100 you bet me. I once got bold and dared to challenge you to a game of Ping-Pong, knowing full well you were "The Master!" Loser had to do 6 shots of the other's choice. You were sweet enough to only make me do 4(good lookin' out) and you did them with me. Or what about the time in Hawaii you dared me to jump into the ocean in the middle of the night with full wedding attire on? You sealed the deal by saying you would pay for my dry cleaning. Little did I know that doing so would inspire you and 20 of our closest friends to jump in right behind me! Good times! I am still so surprised that impressed crazy Jay. I wasn't really going to send you the bill but you asked to "make good" on you word several times. I could go on and on...I hope you have even the tiniest clue how much you meant to so many people. We have had the rare fortune of having our large, close group of friends in close proximity to one another for many, many years. People talk about 6 degress of separation, well you are definitely the glue that held many of us together. You will continue to live on in our hearts, minds and stories for ever. You once said that life is too short to stop for photos and journals, well I hope this is the part of the best journal or biography you could have. The fact that we all know you are in a better place provides only a tiny bit of consolation. My heart goes out to your family and all those I love that are also hurting. I hope there is plently of UB40 and as Maxi Priest would say, "There's a space in my heart..." I would tell you to rest in peace if I didn't know you were already causin' a ruckus up there! Until we meet again Jay...
Love as always,
Robin

My Dearest Jay -
This is the hardest thing that I've ever had to do. It's so hard for me to say good-bye because you were my everything. My friend, our family and the love of my life. We shared so many "Good Times" together that I will never forget and I will treasure them always. The girls and I miss you so much! There hasn't been a day that has gone by without any tears. You have truly touched our lives and so many others. I am grateful for the days we had together but wish you didn't have to leave us so soon. Don't worry baby, I will see you again but this time you are going to have to wait. With that said, this is not good-bye but I'll see you later when I get there. I love you with all my heart.
Love Always,

J,
I've known you forever and we have drifted in and out of each others lives. Each time our paths crossed the reunion was always so warm. Thank you for helping me through a few tough times. You may not even realize how much you touched my heart and lifted my spirit with a simple hug, smile, email or phone call and always when I needed you most. Recently, we crossed paths again and I thought now was my chance to repay you for the love and security that your friendship had offered me when I felt a little down. I’m so glad that I saw you and told you how wonderful and special you were... I hope you felt the warmth and love I got from you when I needed a little cheer. Unfortunately, you were not long for this world and the privilege of having you in my life has passed along with my chance to repay you for your kindness. I will always be grateful to you. Maybe now, looking down on us all, you'll realize how many lives you've touched... and in my case saved. Thank you for everything. I'll miss your smile, your craziness, your drive, and most of all the love of your unconditional friendship.
Now show em’ how it’s done up there and build that ranch in the sky where we can all retire someday!

Always showing up on our doorstep with some new toy that you wanted to go out and share in the joy of playing with it. My deepest sympathy goes out to Jason's family, friends, & co-workers. He was my employer at BJ's Tow but most of all he was my good friend. He was always there for me, someone I could always count on.
He called me daily with his famous saying, "Good Morning Sunshine!" He always made me smile even when I was having a bad day. Even once I left BJ's he still would call me out of the blue with that same uplifting spirt and same little greeting.
We had our differences and butted heads on occasion, but we could go from yelling, screaming, pointing fingers and being nose to nose. Then 5 minutes later be over at Mac's having a beer laughing, and shooting the breeze like nothing had happened.
He was the most generous person I knew. My 2nd day working at BJ's he stopped by to say hi and see how I was doing. He noticed right away that something was wrong. He asked what he could do to help. I told him nothing really. I was in a bad financial bind and needed $3,000 to make my mortgage payment in order to keep my house. He patted me on the back said everything would work out and he would see me later. Sure enough at the end of the day he came back. Walked up to me and put an envelope in my hand with $3,000 cash in it. No hesitation or questions asked. I offered him collateral but he wouldnt hear of it. He said in exact words," you and I have a connection and I know you will pay me back." Sure enough I did pay him back every dime.
I loved this man like a brother and there will always be an empty place in my heart that was filled by his friendship. I will miss him dearly. Rest In Peace J...you were the best

Jason was a brother from another, to all the people he rode with. He will leave a mark on everyones heart that has been touched by his giving and caring soul. There was never a person I knew that befriended you fast and always had a place for you in his life. He is truly someone who will be missed. As he use to say "Gotch Ya". Rest in Peace.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to Jasons family, from reading all of the other writings Jason was a very lucky man to have so many friends, I always believed he would be successful being his own man. It was hard getting back on my bike but when I ride I will always remember you.

Please know of our thoughts and prayers for all of Jason's family. Jason's "family" had no limits. If you knew him, well, you were part of his family. I can honestly say I am so proud of Jason, but more so impressed with how he matured into a wonderful, responsible and truly loving young man. In today's world this is a huge accomplishment. Jason was always a fighter and won most fights because he was a good person. I will miss hearing abut him and his capers from his farther David and good friend Mary.

My deepest sympathy goes out to Jason's family and his working family at BJ's, I can so relate to what you are going through after dealing with the sudden death of my boss Larry Templer, Jason worked with us at Temlers Towing for awhile before taking over the BJ's team he was a pleasure to work with and could always cheer you up when you were having a bad day. Jason really could fix anything like the obituary says even if he had to resort to using duct tape or zip ties.. he lived his life to the fullest everday and for everyone who knew him there is going to be a big empty hole without him around. Jason was a one of a kind person who would give you the shirt off of his back, he was always there when you needed him, he will be deeply missed. I feel very honored to have known Jason and worked with him.
Sincerely,
Julie Hiebert

Dear Ms. Drew:
You have my heartfelt condolences for your loss. I liked Jason. There wasn't anything he wouldn't do for a neighbor, which I was in Antioch for many years. I know he lived life to its fullest.
