Jeanne passed away peacefully on Wednesday night surrounded by her loving family after a fierce fight with cancer that spanned more than 14 years. A native of San Francisco, she graduated from St. Elizabeth Grammar School and Presentation High School in 1963. Jeanne taught 1st grade (CCD) at St. Elizabeth Parish for 7 years and was a nurse at St. Luke's Hospital for 24 years. She met the love of her life, Michael Walsh, "over the fence" as neighbors. They married two years later and enjoyed a 39 year romance. To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

It's so hard to believe that Jeanie has been gone four years. I hope that she has found peace and that she was reunited with her parents who I know she cherished deeply. God Bless .

I cannot believe it is coming to a year that Jeanie has passed. I think of her often. Jeanie was funny, she had such a great sense of humor. She was always there for you when needed, she was a great listener and always made you laugh when you were down. She had a special nickname for me, which I cannot say, but it would drive my mom crazy when Jeanie would ask, how is (blank, blank) doing. We would laugh. I also remember the crafty talent Jeanie had, she could do anything, I admired that because I loved crafts as well. OMG, once Jeanie and I came up with this idea to decorate clay pots and sell them, of coarse it didn't last but we had fun and so many laughs doing them. One thing I do know is Jeanie loved her family and made sure to always be there for them. I just want to say how I will miss those times we had and know that she is missed. I wish the family love, health and support from God. Until we meet again.

No words can convey the sadness we feel for your loss. Her loving memories will always be with you, as with all who knew her, be it for a day or a lifetime, and for us only a day. A very special, very sweet, kind lady who adored you and was special to us also, like someone you'd enjoy having as your next door neighbor. Enjoyed so much the few hours we'd spent with her. I'm sure she will be missed by many, us included.

To Mike and Family,
It is such sad news that Jeanne is no longer with us and she is in God's arms. She was such a trooper and always a straight shooter and we appreciate you both as our neighbors. We will remember her warmly and fondly.

Mike and Family,
Please accept my deepest sympathy I am so sad and was shocked. Jeanie and I had a lot of good times. As her third cousin, there was a time that we were close and I will always remember her.I know how deeply she will be missed. May God be with the family.
Love,

Dear Jeanne's Family,
Good memories came back to me of the Pardini girls and your Mom as well as Michael. I will thank our God for the spirit filled life that Jeanne lived. We were blest to be part of her life when she was a student and see her in later years.
