I really only knew Jerome be ause he was a friend of my little sisrter , Missy St. George McNamee. They were good friends in Jr High and high school. At one time Jerome ask her out on a date. Missy told him that thier friendship to important to ruin it by dating! She always smiled when she mentioned him. Missy passed on Christmas morning shortly before Jerome passed. She had been fighting multi forma gliomas for three years. Jerome wrote a beautiful comment on her memorial page. So very sorry, griefhas no time limits does it?

We are so so sad to hear of the loss of our college friend Jerome. A disarmingly modest guy with, as many have noted, a huge smile, a great sense of humor, and a big heart. In college he drove the Silver Bullet, and a favorite expression of his was, Good Effort.

Good effort, Jerome.

Our thoughts are with Grace and his family.

Toni,Stephanie and Greg,
A loss of a brother or sister is probably the hardest thing anyone should have to go through! That's not the way it's suppose to happen.I lost my brother Steve to pancreatic cancer 10 years ago. Jerome was a trail blazer and enjoyed life on his own terms and in the process made those around him enjoy life to it's fullest! He will be missed!

Dear Grace, Marina, Gabriella and family,
Our deepest condolences on the loss of Jerome, your dad. We have some wonderful memories of our Nuveen days to cherish. He did make me laugh really hard and often at times when I should not have been laughing. He just had that boyish charm and irreverent wit. I am so sad to be writing this. I hope your faith and the friendship of so many who love you help sustain you during this time. With love and prayers from the Lotka's, Ami, John, Lauren, Jim and Brenna
