Daddy, today marks your ten year anniversary.Of you being gone. There's not a day that passes by that I do not think about you. I guess being a daddy's girl.I always think of you all the time. It's been hard and bittersweet, but I hope that you're watching from above. I made some changes in my life. And working towards new goals. Last november, I got my high school diploma and graduated with the class of 2023. That same month I started college as well. I pray I hope that you are proud of me. I feel that you are. Please continue to watch over me and my mother. As you always have been with the rest of the family. I love you more than anything in this world and my love has never changed even though you're gone. I truly wish you are still here.
I love you always.
Your babygirl

I've continue to go thru battles and keep fighting thr good fight thr best o can. Although physically tou are gone spiritual you will always remain. Thank you for for always watching over us.
I was asked by the Korean church to sing a solo. The song that came to me was the song I sang to you when you were alive. Cece Winans- My Comforter. This hopefully will be the song played on the piano by the pastor's wife.
My daddy i miss you more then anyone know. I love you always

Daddy, it has been 5 years and 9 months you left us. I have been through some battles since you left me. Even before hand. But without a doubt in my soul or mind I'd go through it again to see even just your face again. Words can not express how i feel, but I'm trying my best to get through this. I am glad you aren't here to see this pandemic. I know your body was laid to rest but your spirit surrounds us all always. I will always love you. I ask that you keep watch over us and hope you and the family talking it up. I love you more then you will ever know. Forever and always your babygirl

Dad it has been three years since you fell asleep. We continue to keep the faith and serve Jehovah God with great glee. The road is cramped and the journey is not easy, but we persevere in prayer. Thank you for the faith you instilled in us. For it sustains us each and every day. Love Dorcas

Although it has almost been three years, I haven't said anything yet... but I want to now... my grandfather, Jerry, may the heavens open up for you while the smile on Jehovah's face brings you welcome. You may not hear me now... but if you see this then I know that your spirit is truthfully blessed among these years of life. As we saw our Lord and Savior take you to the Promised Lands that one day... We knew you were an angel a long time ago, may your soul rest easily... and in Jesus Christ name, I pray... No... We all pray as a family together even if we are separated our strong will shall connect to you deeply... Amen.

It has almost been two years since our beloved father fell asleep in the memorial tomb. Just when you thought you had heard all you know about Dad, along comes another friend with an especially touching tale.
It goes a little something like this...While working at Metric in the 70s, Jerry discovered that the co. planned to adopt this new type of retirement plan--401K.
According to the friend, Jerry was practically preaching to all employees to jump on board for the matching funds. In other words, he was making a pest of himself:)
The friend stated, "One day he was nagging me and some others so much...better sign up for that 401K he preached. So I said, I signed up. He stated, That'salright now and that finally shut him up--he was relentless."
"After retirement, I had forgotten about that 401K. Saw Jerry in the grocery store and shared my son's plight. We were about to loose his house. You see, I live with my son & his wife.
We were all in deep despair as the bank closed in on us. Jerry said, but what about your 401K. Told me to call the benefit office. I never knew I had that kind of money. Jerry helped me save my son's house...our home and no body can say nothing about Jerry Head around me. I'll give them an ear full."
I wanted to share this with you all. It truly touched me. That is definitely our Dad...no doubt.

Daddy...each day goes by you are always in my thoughts. I hear you speak to me but it isnt the same. For you are not physically here; i know you are in the heavens and i know we will see each other again. I cant help but to count the days...weeks...n months that you have been gone. My heart still aches. I have pains and things going on but i push on. I have to push for mommies sake. I must continue to try and be strong for her and keep her going and keep her strong. I ask God n you daddy to give me guidance n strength n healing for me and mommy as we continue on for this new year 2015. You used to tell me we all will have to leave this world and that i have to be strong. Daddy i love you with all my heart. Forever n always.
Dad, you inspired & supported me!

My Father, lessons taught, lessons learned, and yet lessons to grow by.
Your wisdom spans the entire universe and leads us all by the narrow and cramped road.
Your faith, your endurance, and your challenges inspires us though you have fallen asleep.
We await the Day when Jehovah God will awaken all from the memorial tomb to a resurrection of life.
What joy, what hope, what love, your legacy lives on with those who knew you and those you closely cherished--your family.
You gave us your faith, it strengthens us, it sustains us, it makes the grief tolerable, it inspires us to grow ever closer to Jesus and Jehovah.
You believed in the resurrection hope and we await your awaken with great anticipation.
Love your eldest child,
Dorcas Head Delfyett
