Jessie Skinner Obituary
July 27, 1971 - October 2, 2018
It is with great sadness that the family of Jessie Skinner announces her passing on October 2, 2018 at the age of 47. Jessie will be lovingly remembered by her husband Bill Charlton, her daughter Fallyn Skinner, her parents, Robert and Dyan Skinner, her sister Kara Skinner (Jeff), her nephew Justin and grandmother Kathleen John. Jessie will also forever be remembered by her numerous cousins, aunts and uncles, extended family and dear friends.Jessie was born in California and spent her childhood in San Francisco before moving to British Columbia in the late 1980s.
Services were held October 15th and 16th 2018 in Campbell River, BC, Canada. Memorial donations may be made in her memory to Cat Town at https://www.cattownoakland.org/donate/
