John Walsh Obituary

John Walsh At rest on January 29, 2013. John was born and raised in Kildomo, Co. Limerick, Ireland. He immigrated to London at age nineteen and resided there for twelve years. It was there that he met and married his wife, Nora Mary McElligott. They moved to San Francisco in 1961 and settled in the Noe Valley district, where John spent the remainder of his life. He is predeceased by his beloved wife, Nora Mary and his brother, Patrick. He is survived by his brothers Jim, Tom and Eamon, sister Kathleen and numerous nieces and nephews. Heartfelt gratitude to his sister-in-law, Sheila Corry, for her devoted care and support of John during his illness.
Friends are invited to attend the Funeral (Today) Thursday, 10:00 a.m. at St. Philip's, San Francisco. Private Committal Holy Cross Cemetery. Until we meet again, may God hold him in the palm of his hand.
