Jesus passed away peacefully at home at the age of 94. He joins his mother Angela and siblings in the house of the Lord. He is mourned by his wife Bibiana of over 60 years, his 9 children: Manuel, Ruben, Guillermo, Enrique, Maria, Zenaida, Fernando, Jesus and Roman. His only living brother Jose Rubio, sons-in-law: Jesus and Jose Luis. 27 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
Jesus was born in Tarimoro, Guanajuato and came to the US. He was a janitor by trade but enjoyed gardening and taking care of his fruit trees.
Family and friends are welcome to the visitation on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at Duggan's Serra Mortuary, 500 Westlake Ave., Daly City, CA., from 4PM to 8PM. with a Rosary at 7PM.
A funeral mass on Friday, October 11, 2024 at Saint Kevin's Church, 704 Cortland Ave., San Francisco, CA. at 11AM. Committal to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Colma, CA
