Lifetime resident of South San Francisco. Married 60 years to Barbara. Father of Jim (Joan), Jerry and John, Papa to Kelli and Gina. Avid hunter and Fisherman.
Contribution may be made to to "A Very Special Toy Box", 247 W. Oakwood Blvd. Redwood City, CA 94061. Thank You to Hospice Sutter Care At Home Nurses.
Friend may visit between 2-5, Garden Chapel, 885 El Camino Real, So.SF where a Vigil Service will be held at 3pm. Committal Private.

Dear Barbara, Jimmy, Jerry and John we are so sorry for your loss.
We go back a long time with many beautiful memories. I first met Julio when I was a teenage, while he was working for the South San Francisco School district, where was doing maintenance jobs. Julio will remain in our hearts and prayers and never forgotten. Sincerely the Ron Payne family
