Leo was a boyhood friend of my father's, Harry Reader. I always remembered him and Joann as they were highly thought of by my parents. He lived a joyful and thoughtful life. May he rest in peace.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the immediate and extended McMillan family. My father, Bud, was a career employee of McMillan Electric. I have very fond memories of our family get togethers and my sisters and I (Jill, Joy & Jan) growing up with the McMillan children. Prayers and Blessing, Jan

I will miss Leo so very much, as I did his brothers, Patrick and Joseph. Leo and his siblings were all loyal Balboa Buccaneers, who were class and student association officers and athletes. I was proud to induct Leo into the prestigious Balboa High School Hall of Merit. Leo proved that 'one solitary life' could and can accomplish so much -- all of it for the good of mankind. Farewell, Leo, on your voyage on the good ship Galleon heading for Heaven. It has been a blessing to know you.

Dear Joann, Sally, Alice, Cathy, Jenny and John,
So beautifully worded and exceptional tribute to Leo. Leo encompassed Husband, Dad and friend as best as there ever was. I have so many fond memories of McMillan/Thuesen family activities over the past 5 decades and I am thankful that our families are still connected in person and in spirit.
Sending all of you love and hugs, Jennie
