I was in his Econ 1A class at Foothill College, c. `86-`87 and always remember his "it comes from the light bulb" description of where money comes from. Hah! After dropping from his class, due to receiving a D on a test, I earned a B.S.B.A. from San Francisco State, in addition to a Certificate in Training & Human Resource Development at U.C. Berkeley Exchange. Just always remembered him, my he RIP.

Malcolm was an active member of the San Francisco Ceramics Circle. I met him at one of their annual meetings. He was passionate about opera and his Meissen collection, which will enrich the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco. He could also be very funny.
