Mark Gerard Brennan
Unexpectedly at his home in Cotati, Calif. He was 56.
Born and raised in the Sunset District of San Francisco. Graduate of Abraham Lincoln High School. Member UFCW. Longtime employee of Andronico's (Park-and-Shop) Market. He did every job in the place. Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Mary Brennan. He is survived by his brother, Michael; his sisters, Anne Marie (Mike) and Patricia (Terry); his nephews, Enzo and Aedán Bardoul; and his cousins, the McCarthy brothers of Pacifica, Calif. Mark was an avid golfer and gardener. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends, as well as many cousins in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
A private service will be held for the immediate family. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

My Condolences and prays for the family. Although a year or 2 behind me at St. Anne's, I worked with Mark at a couple of stores. Always fun and I always knew I was safe when he was around. You are missed.

I have great memories of Mark at St. Anne's. He was one of the funniest people I've ever known. I can remember Mark holding court and; there would be a circle of kids around him, completely entranced and, laughing hystericaly. He was a brilliantly funny and charismatic kid. I haven't seen him in a long time; but, none the less, I know the world is different without him. God bless you, Mark!

My dear friend Mark , I'm going to miss you brother . And yes you were like brother in our teenage years when I was always at your house and your family was like my second family . We hung tight for a decade trippin through life in the 80s. That was so much fun it would not have been the same without you .

Mark was a great brother in law and uncle to my children. We will miss his joyful attitude and enthusiasm. He was always willing to take my boys on adventures and fun outings. He encouraged their love of golf and was a patient teacher. We enjoyed his company on many vacations in Lake County. Our whole family is blessed to have had him in our lives. We will miss him tremendously. Rest in Peace, dear Mark. The Rivero family will never forget how special you were.

The last message I received from Mark.

"This life is hard but I think it's like you said last time, there's little times where it makes it all worth it. And you're so right. I love those times and when they hit I totally cherish them and live in the moment and enjoy them to the fullest. What a trip we're looking at the same sky. I think about that when I look at the moon, sometimes that people in other countries are looking at the same Moon."
