Arlene & Family,
I am so sorry that Mike had such a difficult battle. He was a great guy and a fun person to work with. We had many laughs at the Assessor's office and I always knew he "had my back", when things went wrong. He will be missed.

To Arlene, Debbie, Matthew and families, please accept our condolences. Though we grieve Michael's passing, we will remember him and his life well lived. There is joy in having known such an amazing big hearted person, and the memories of weekly movie nights, dinner afterwards, always finishing with a sinful dessert for 25+ years. We'll miss you.

Dear Arlene. Debbie, Matt and the whole Cohen Family. Please accept our prayers for all of you. We hope that in some way it may help in coping with Mike's passing. Rich, I know how difficult this must also be for you. All I can add is that to know Mike was to love and enjoy his love of Family and friends. Will be away, but in our thoughts.

From Bill: "Mike was a great guy and a good friend to many of us, especially the members of the Sweetwater Duck Club; but, Mike, I will not miss the exorbitant prices for your special shrimp salad. Good luck in your new Club"
From both of us: Arlene, Matt, Debbie and the rest of the Cohen Clan: We send our deepest condolences. He fought the good fight...for sure! Peace and blessings to all of you. Carolyn and Bill

Mike was my supervisor in the Assessor's office, and what a nice guy. Best supervisor ever! I remember his overwhelming love for his family - especially his grandkids - and his fondness for Golden Retrievers. A sweet and gentle man who will be profoundly missed.
