Nancy Tracey Obituary

Nancy Carlin Tracey died peacefully at her home in San Francisco with her husband and daughters at her bedside on Wednesday, July 30th, 2014.

Nancy was born on February 21st, 1960 in San Francisco; in fact, she never left the house where she grew up on Dolores Street. Her greatest pleasure in life was her family. She loved going to the Giants games with her family and friends, and throwing parties at her home as long as everyone left by 10pm.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Dan Tracey, her daughters, Lauren and Meghan Tracey, her siblings Debbie Murphy (Gene), Michael Carlin (Vicki), and Julie Porter (Bill), her in-laws Jim Tracey (Ninette), Dave Tracey (Gloria), and Leslie DeMay (George), and 10 nieces and nephews.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Anna and Philip Carlin, and her in-laws, Lois and Don Tracey.

A private celebration of life will be held for the immediate family.

Contributions in memory of Nancy may be made to Sutter Hospice, 2800 Leavenworth Street, Suite 350-B, San Francisco, CA 94133.
