My dearest Andros family, Patrick JUST informed me....as I sit here with tears in my eyes and an overwhelming feeling of blessedness, for having been touched by the Andros family, I am grateful beyond words for the memories which were created with you. Lolly, your "mother" job, obviously shared with Nicky, has always warmed my heart as Derrick, Blake, and Jordy are three of the best men I know, following in the large footprints left by a special, special man. I extend my condolences with a wish for peace, comfort, loving support, and namaste.

My Dad and I spent many happy days and nights at Gino's and Nick was the best host, just the best. I was so touched when he came to my Dad's funeral; he was just a wonderful guy and Gino's was the best hangout of all time!
To Nick's family, he was cherished by us all. We were lucky to have him in our lives.
My best,

I have the fondest memories of Nicky from hanging out at Ginos after work and those long Friday Lunches back in the 70's. And then later reconnecting with the Andros family in the late 80's. He was the sweetest man with a wonderful sense of humor!
My thoughts and prayers are with you, Lollie, and the Andros family.

I'll always remember as a young man how gracious Nick was at his restruant, Ginos. It was always a first stop, on my way into the City, from the East Bay. He would regale us with colorful stories about the City, and always talk Niners. R.I.P. Nick!

Lolly and Family; we were so sorry to hear of Nick's passing. I will always remember Nick for his kindnesses, his love of family but mostly for his very special sense of humor. Nick was unique and will be missed by everyone who knew him. I will keep my memories of Nick close to my heart forever. My prayers are with you all at this time of sadness. The McCullough family would like to offer our condolences for the passing of Nick. When working in the Financial District, I would often have lunch at Gino's. Nick always made me look good in front of my friends, actually, he made me look more of a "big deal" than I really was. Blake, whom I've known since high school, shares many of the same qualities with his Dad - kindness and an ability to bring joy to everyone. As a true 49er faithful, we have lost one of our true fans. It was always great to see Blake and his Dad at the 49er pre-game tailgate parites, which always seemed to ease the pain, and were sometimes more of an event than the game itself. He will be missed, but as with all wonderful people who have impacted so many, he will be fondly remembered.

My heartfelt condolences to the family.
I fondly remember him as always polite, and he had a wonderful wry wit and fun streak, and of course he also taught me a few things. A great man who was always willing to impart something if you would listen.
Willing to give and he made an impact in peoples lives.

Tough, brave WWII Vet, 49er faithful (the most faithful), an endless supply of bawdy jokes, a big giant generous heart, the most loyal friend, the best example of a devoted husband and father, quick with kindness….stingy with judgment and unreserved with friendliness…..To me the sweetest “uncle”….some of the sweetest memories of my childhood were at your home, Christmas Eve,……the warmth and joy of your family rubbing off on me just enough to make me feel like maybe I was a part of it……and you taught me how to make the BEST leg of lamb, …….grateful that I got to be one of the lucky ones that called you family…..You will be so missed "Uncle" Nikky
