March 2, 1942 - October 11, 2023
Free and at peace after a long illness surrounded by his four loving children, Daughter in law and Grandson. Proceeded in passing by his loving Wife Jane Anzano of 50 years. Survived by his children, daughter Trinae (Anzano) Estupinan, Vincent Anzano, and Wife Sarah, Sean Anzano, Steven Anzano. Grandchildren, Anthony Estupinan (Katie), Gage Anzano. Great grand Children, Adalynn Carrasco, Fionna Estupinan, Enzo Estupinan. Tardy was a loving, kind, selfless, and generous man who would give you the shirt off his back. Spending time with his family was his greatest joy. Our love for you will live on in our hearts and our memories. We love you and miss you more than words can ever express.

Dad, your presence is so missed beyond any words could ever express. The Love for you still grows and will remain in my heart and in my soul until we see each other again. We now have another Guardian Angel to guide us on life's journey and each path we take. Thank you for being such an amazing Man, Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great-grandfather. For a legacy so beautiful and loving.

My memory of Norberto, not sure of the year but I was in my early twenties. Him and Jane got me a Christmas present, a shirt and hat of a sports team. I´m assuming it was the 49´ers. It had totally taken me by surprise and I don´t think my parents got me a present that year. I just remember how much it meant to me and I have never forgotten that!
