Olga "Gram" Sciaroni

Olga Sciaroni "Gram" Olga Sciaroni passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2006 at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Clarence "Corky" Sciaroni and devoted mother of Maurice Sciaroni, Sue Curtis, and Carol Cevolani. She was preceded in death by her brother Sam Lugonja and sisters, Bessie Lugonja and Mildred Stowers. She was born in Chicago on August 26, 1914 but established roots in Sutter Creek, CA. Her journey then took her to Daly City and recently Rohnert Park. "Gram" was always surrounded by her family: three children, sons and daughter -in-law, seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and other loving relatives and friends. Olga was a good friend to many, if you met her once you loved her forever. She had many interests including doll making, sewing, gardening, watching football and driving her 1965 red Mustang. She cherished every moment she spent with her family and friends and made people smile with her wonderful laugh. With strong Yugoslavian roots she shared countless stories and traditions that will be forever carried on by her family. Olga was a self-less soul who found the greatest joy in others' happiness. Family and friends are invited to share special memories on Friday, March 17th from 4:00-9:00pm with a service at 7:00pm at DUGGAN'S SERRA MORTUARY, 500 Westlake Ave., Daly City. A Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, March 18th at 1:00pm at Duggan's followed by a burial at Cypress Lawn cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Make A Wish Foundation, 235 Pine St., 6th Floor, SF 94104. All will miss her sparkling personality and sunshine smile! Nama ljubav te! (We Love You)
