The touch of inspiration from a great teacher is like a gentle breeze that stirs the dormant seeds of curiosity and plants the flowers of wisdom.
I could not have had the opportunity to meet Ormond, but his books are a treasure trove of knowledge and wisdom.
May the symphony of understanding continue to resonate with those who seek it. And may those who water the garden be blessed in this world and whatever may lie beyond.
Thank you.

I imagine the world is suprised to learn about the passing of our friend Ormond. I must agree with many of the posts that I read that you never heard Ormond get upset or mad. Thats a good habit to have.
I remember Ormond used to say all we have is time. His sense of humor was priceless. He was really a kind man.
It is comforting to know that he is still watching and that he is now with Delight, his love.
Thank you Ormond and we will see you when we cross.

Ormond called me onstage when I was 14 years of age, in 1950.
He has since been a dear friend, a grand gentleman, and a kind tutor over the years.
His memory, indelible and brilliant, will continue to shine for years...

My Dearest Ormond,
What a gift it was to have you in my life. Your beautiful letters, your cheerfulness, wisdom and insight. I cried when I heard you had left us, but only selfishly - because I would miss you. I am comforted to know you are at last with your beloved, Delight.
Thank you, Ormond

I will miss your regular loving letters, your cheery twice a week phone calls; our hours of talking and laughing; teaching classes with you; your dry sense of humor. You were forever a gentleman a scholar and a friend. I am grateful to have know you. Ormond, you are forever in my prayers and thoughts. Say hello to your beloved Delight- She will weep no more now that you have come home.
When I co-authored our 3 books and edited your Hypnotherapy Encyclopedia you laughingly said "I have taught you to think like me." Oh if only that were true.
You were a fine gentleman and a scholar
I will love you forever,
Shelley Stockwell-Nicholas

It truly is a blessing that we were graced to have for what now seems like a short time such a wonderful human being. Ormond was an inspiration, teaching not only the wonderful craft of hypnotism, but to elevate our standards in the performance of it. Thank you Ormond for the world of wisdom and the gift of sharing. I pray we carry on the tradition with as much style and grace as you have.

It's 3 p.m. Oct. 26th. About an hour ago, before I got a copy of the Obit., I suddenly
felt Ormond's presence with overwhelming certainty. Thank you Ormond, you Master of the Violet Flame. You just never quit teaching!
With love and gratitude, your student, Tirzah

The quote that most reminds me of Ormond is:
"They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to
appreciate them, a day to love them, but then an entire lifetime to forget them."
Ormond, you were a dear friend.
You were loved by so many and you will never be forgotten.
It was my joy to know you and share so many wonderful memories.
