Pamela Ondry

Pamela Eldredge Ondry August 23, 1959 - May 1, 2011 After a courageous and valiant fight against ovarian cancer our beloved Pamela passed away peacefully at her Truckee home surrounded by her family. She is survived by her devoted husband Mark of 20 years and loving children, Justin and Shannon. Pamela is also survived by her father and stepmother, Rod and Sue Eldredge; brother Jeff (Paige) Eldredge; niece, Jenna Breitbach Eldredge; sister Susan (Dave) Poston and nieces Kristina and Sara-Nicole and her sister Julia (Steve) Jackson and nephew Elijah and nieces Jada and Serena. Pamela's mother and stepfather Miralou and Schuyler Hyde predeceased her. Pamela is survived by her loving and supportive in-laws: Carl and Helen Ondry; sister-in-law Kathy (Matt) Gelso and nephews Matthew and Daniel and brother-in-law Steven (Sharon) Ondry. Pamela also leaves behind many other relatives and numerous friends. She will be deeply missed. In lieu of flowers, contributions in honor of Pamela Eldredge Ondry may be made to the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition, PO Box 11809, Pleasanton, CA 94588. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, May 22, 2011, 2-5 p.m. at the New Truckee Community Center, 8924 Donner Pass Road, Truckee, CA.
