"Pat", passed away at his home in San Bruno, Ca., on November 1, 2022, after a year's long courageous battle against cancer. Pat was 86 years old.
Pat was born and raised in the Sunset District of San Francisco and attended local schools. He met his wife of 64 years, Judy, shortly after they graduated from high school and eventually settled in San Bruno. Pat was employed by the City of San Francisco Parks and Recreation Department for 40 years before retiring. Pat and Judy spent the ensuing years between their home in San Bruno and a second home in Tuolumne County.
Pat enjoyed spending time with family, friends and watching his two favorite sports teams, the San Francisco Giants and the San Francisco 49ers.
Pat is survived by his wife Judy, sons Shaun and Tom, grandchildren Mindy and Ryan and great grandson Landon, as well as many nieces and nephews. Pat was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Rose Bowler and his brother, "Eamon".
A mass with be held on November 8, 2022, at 11 a.m. at St. Dunstan's Catholic Church, 1133 Broadway, Millbrae, Ca. with internment to follow at Skylawn Memorial Park, Highway 92 and Skyline Bl., San Mateo, Ca.
