Patrick passed peacefully under the excellent care from all the staff at Maitri Compassionate Care, 401 Duboce Ave., SF, Ca. 94117. He is survived by his sisters Denice Doyle Izett & Colleen K. Doyle of Santa Cruz.A celebration of Patrick's life will be held on 12/02/17 from 1pm until 2:30 at Martin Luther Towers - 1001 Franklin St., San Francisco. 94109

I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Patrick. To Denice and the rest of the family, please accept my condolences. He was the best Dentist and Boss I ever worked for and he taught me so much, not just about Dental Hygiene but about being such a caring, honest, compassionate person. I had not seen him in a long while but I know he will be missed. He was a special human being!

I was updating my addresses and found this obit. I am so sorry to read of Patrick's passing. My grandmother was Lorena Coskrey. I remember visiting Patrick during one of our Texas trips. We were both about 3 years old.
