Phil was born to George and Patricia Hagey on February 10, 1944 and lived in Seattle, WA until he moved to San Francisco while working for Pan American Airlines. Phil loved the City by the Bay and remained here until his death. Beloved son, brother, uncle, father, and grandfather; he will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Rest easy Dad.
