ROBERT ROSENBLATT Obituary

Robert Philip Rosenblatt

Robert Philip Rosenblatt passed away on February 4th in San Francisco. Born in Chicago, Illinois on June 25TH, 1941 to Seymour and Henrietta Rosenblatt.

As a member of the S.F. Boys' Chorus in 1953 and 1954 he sang in numerous operas with the San Francisco Opera Company, performing the Shepherd's solo in Tosca and the role of Max in Werther.

He graduated from Lincoln High and joined the Navy where he was serving on the U.S.S. Enterprise during the Cuban missile crisis. He became a Muni bus driver, singing out the stops as he drove his route. A life long Forty Niner and Giants fan, Bob was also a member of the American Legion. He will be missed by many.
