I could never forget the morning and the fast
breaking with apple doughnuts and strong coffee:
the quiet, still rapture of the deer hunt with bow and arrow
a hunt never bothered by the killing of quarry.
Bob was the skilled bank dick and memory expert who,
when you were asleep or not watching would
"modify" your shoes with the skilled application of a hatchet
forevermore easing the exit of any worrisome water.
On the whole, I'd rather you not be in Philadelphia.

I still remember your classes at Marina Jr. 35yrs ago, you taught many others as well as myself a lot skills and knowledge about metal working as well as many other subjects that we still use today. With that said you will always be rememberd by your family and students.
