Ronald Vinje Obituary
Ron entered into heaven to reunite with his bride Jackie & son, Michael Vinje Sr when he died peacefully at home on Sunday Jan 4th 2015. He leaves behind many who will miss him & loved him dearly -his children James Vinje, daughters Rhonda Montanez & Maria Vinje. Loving son in law Vince Wallis-adoring grandsons Michael Vinje Jr, and Heather Vinje, Brian & Cody Montanez, Michael Wallis. Precious great grandsons-Angelo & Antonio Vinje-as well as extended family- Joseph Montanez, Margie Vinje, Don Davis & many more...
Ron served in the US Army- he was a Nascar Enthusiast as well as a Race car driver himself. He was a proud member of Teamsters Local 85 San Francisco, CA for over 40 years
Thank you to his compassionate caretakers Amy, Vangie & Ahmor who provided tender care and allowed our father to leave this earth with dignity. Also to his many wonderful & caring neighbors.
We, his family appreciated you all looking in on our Father over the years.

Services to be held on Tuesday January 13, 2015 at Duggan's Serra Mortuary, 500 Westlake Ave., Daly City, Ca. 94014 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.

7/11- You've been gone for 7 years (2015) & Mom for 11 (2011) Why does it feel like yesterday? Why does it still hurt so much? I miss you both every single day, wish you weren't so far away! You continue to give & I'am forever grateful- Always in my heart....

Hello family and friends of Ronald Vinje. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I opened the paper today to see his obituary and the fact that he was born in Wisconsin. One of my very best memories of my childhood in Madison was of our neighbor, Art Vinje. He was an everyday factor in my life until he passed away (1978?). I was wondering in Ronald could possibly be related.
