I too loved Ruthie's obit. If her picture is any indication, she looks like a spunky little gal, someone I would relate to.

Ruth, You came into my life at an early age and taught me many good values that I carried into adulthood. I am thankful you were in my life. You will be missed by family, friends, and your German Shepard dog. Rest in Peace

Like Laurie, I loved Ruthie's obit. I hope Ruthie had a great life!

Ruthie, You were so fond of saying to everyone I was your "only sister's only daughter". You cared for me and loved me when she died 57 years ago until you left us on Sunday. You have been my mentor and my friend, my closest relative; and it has been such an honor to have been "your person" (dog terms) for these last ten years. May you truly rest in peace; I love you.
