Sabina Maguire Obituary

Sabina Teresa Maguire Aug. 27, 1925 - Nov. 22, 2010 Beloved daughter of the late Terence and Catherine McGovern Maguire, both of County Cavan, Ireland. Sister and sister-in-law of Mary Cole, Bernie and Sheila Maguire, and Virginia and George Slevin; also the late Patrick Maguire, Ed Cole, Catherine and Bill Healy and Eileen and Al Kirchner. Cherished aunt of many nieces and nephews; cousin of Susan Ivancic; special friend of Jeanne Macchello and Toni Morsello. A native San Franciscan, she was a graduate of St. Peter's Academy, taught by the dedicated Sisters of Mercy. Sabina was a retired employee of the Federal Government; a member of St. Peter's Alumnae, the Italian Catholic Federation and a long-ago member of the Ulster Drill Team. She was a generous Church and Library volunteer for many years. Sabina had unwavering love and trust in God. She kept the Faith and lived her religion every day of her life. There will be a Memorial Mass on Friday, November 26, 10:30am at St. James Church, Petaluma. Arrangements under the care of The Eversole Mortuary.
