Sachiko Ikeda Obituary

Sachiko Ikeda

March 7, 1938 - April 12, 2018

Sachi passed away peacefully on April 12, 2018 joining her parents, Yoshinobu Ikeda and Shizue Yamasaki Ikeda. She was 80 years old. Sachi is survived by her sister Chiyeko Ikeda Kimura, niece Reiko Kimura Coltek, nephew Jay Kimura, and many grand nieces, nephews, and cousins. After graduating from Washington High School, Sachi worked at Met Life Insurance Co. for many years before joining the S.F. State Parole Office, where she spent many happy years until her retirement. What Sachi loved most was spending time with friends and family (especially her fur babies, Chiquita and Lucky). She enjoyed gambling (slot machines, scratchers, and Lotto), going to movies, and watching her favorite TV programs. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
