Stehanie was such a positive, upbeat caring person. She made me feel so "right a home" in the choir at St John of God. Now she is singing with the Holy Angels again (and Norman, my father who preceeded her) Hesrtfelt Condolences to All her Family. With Love from Rose Berryessa

I have fond memories of Stephanie as my teacher at St. Rose. I was fortunate to see her at St. John of God several years ago. Condolences to her husband and son.

I was so sorry to learn of Stephanie's passing. She was one of my students during her years at Mercy High School. As a teen she was intelligent, curious and open to new ideas and experiences. That was a time of protest, change and lots of good music. Her faith infused her life. She was blessed and is blessing her loved ones now.

I first met Stephanie as a bluecoat, and later worked for Stephanie in her bookstore. It it is a wonderful memory, being there with her, surrounded by books. She was a lovely, kind woman.

It was with sadness that I read about the passing of Stephanie Lyons. I live in Maryland now but I remember her well. In 1979 I worked with her and many others to pass Proposition R for more affordable housing in San Francisco. I remember that she opposed so much construction of high-rise office buildings in San Franciscoo. She was a staunch Democrat worked to make San Francisco a better place, as well as our country.

Crossed paths in our City employment and at Sacred Heart where our boys both went, same year. Stephanie was always full of energy. May she rest in eternal peace and hugs to her husband and to Will.
