SuzySo sorry to read of Steve's death in the Whitman Magazine. I always had great respect for who he was and who you were as a couple and family. Steve made a difference.

Dear Suzy, So awfully sad to learn about
Stephen's death until recently. He was a fine example of an "engaged" citizen and will be sorely missed. I know there is a terrible void in your life now, since my Richard died on Sept. 12, also from cancer. My heart goes out to you and the children. Tobey

Steve was a wonderful mentor who encouraged me to be a brave young lawyer, and as he said be a duck, look to the horizon but move your feet swiftly underneath the surface. I will miss his smile, intelligence, and kindness greatly.
