Stephen Wargo Obituary

Stephen L. Wargo Lt. Col. Stephen Wargo, born January 8, 1918, in Wilkes-Barre, PA., passed away after a long struggle with congestive heart failure on March 19th. He is survived by his loving wife Marjorie Wargo of Redwood City, CA; his daughter Stephanie and her husband William Ribeiro of Napa, CA and their children Janet Wesner, Jill Ribeiro and Marc Ribeiro, and their children Jacqueline, Parker, Erick and Julia; his son Thomas and his wife Margaret of Portola Heights, CA and their sons Matthew, and Bryan and his wife Rebecca and their children Trevor and Lauren; his son Daniel Wargo of Arcata, CA; his daughter Michele Wargo and her children Robert and Kevin Palmer and Melissa and Craig Tuma of Paso Robles, CA. Predeceased by his seven older siblings. He is also survived by his brother, John Wargo of San Bruno, CA, with whom he owned and operated Alpha Press; and many wonderful nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Pius Church in Redwood City on Saturday, March 25th at noon. Donations may be made to St. Francis Center, P.O. Box 7134, Redwood City, CA, 94063, Interment private at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Va. ARRANGEMENTS BY REDWOOD CHAPEL (650) 369-5537
