Thank you for all who cared for Stone over time. I remember him many years ago coming to the Unitarian Church of San Francisco and becoming more outspoken and louder during Sunday church service. He came ,I felt, to be with his parents who sat in front of me and came to a church that was familiar to him. So glad to read he was cared for by so many

Thank you for Stone's obituary. We were in elementary school together, second grade is what I remember the most, and my memory is that Stone operated in a universe that was away from most of us, and also that it was not a kind environment for any of us, so especially not so for Stone. It saddened me to read about his schizophrenia and the difficult life that ensued, but I am glad that he did find support and appreciation and a community in his lifetime.

I'm truly sorry to read of Mr. Allen's passing. I would like to offer my sincere condolences to his family. Jeremiah 29:11, 12 assures us God is thinking thoughts of peace towards us, to give us a future and a hope. And that if we come and pray to Him, He will listen to us. In the days and years to come may you find comfort in that hope.
