Thomas "Tiger" Abrahamsen, 81 years old, passed away peacefully in his Daly City home.

A 4th generation San Franciscan, Thomas was born to Alfred and Helen Abrahamsen and had two brothers; Joseph and Richard. He is survived by his loving wife, Julie, and two sons, Michael and Matthew. He is the loving uncle of Thomas Abrahamsen and dear brother-in-law of Daniel P. Callaghan.

He graduated from St. Ignatius High School class of 1956 and was a member of the 1956 AAA Varsity Basketball Champions. He then attended the University of San Francisco.

Tom spent 30 years at Rudolph and Sletten and was a member in good standing of Teamsters, Local 85.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, December 6th at 11am at Duggan's Serra Mortuary, 500 Westlake Ave., in Daly City.

Ken and I were saddened to hear of Tigers passing. We were both so fond of him and have many memories. Some are so funny. May he RIP. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. I Will be away on the 6th but will be there in spirit. ❤

We are saddened to hear of Tom's (Tiger's) passing.

Rich and I have fond memories of Tom and his family. Our Lady of Mercy was a great meeting place for so many people. The Abrahamsen family only brings back fond memories of those days.

Julie, Matt, and Mike, your family is in our thoughts and prayers. Tom was a good man, always welcoming, and took the time to show us some baseball drills (OLM days). Will never forget his many haunted houses on Halloween and him showing us the blueprints of the Monterey Bay Aquarium while it was being built. May he Rest In Peace.
