Thomas J. Brady

Passed away surrounded by family on April 5, 2013 in Santa Rosa, California. Dearly beloved husband of Rosalinda Brady; beloved father of Jennifer Brady (Joseph) and Ryan Brady (Erica); loving grandfather of Laura Rose, Audra, Doren, Sydney, Alex, Megan, and Laura Marie. Dear brother of Jim Brady (Lynne) and Trish Montano (Al). Survived by nephew and niece, Michael and Emily Montano. Preceded in death by his loving parents, Patrick and Mary Brady. Born February 5, 1945 and raised in San Francisco, he attended Mission Dolores Grammar School, Saint Ignatius High School, and graduated from Cal State Hayward. He lived in Santa Rosa for the last 33 years. Tom served in Vietnam receiving two Purple Hearts. A Sonoma County probation officer for over 20 years, he retired 13 years ago. Tom was active in many service organizations throughout his life.


Friends and family are invited to attend a Funeral Mass to be held Saturday, April 13 at 12:30 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1244 St. Francis Rd., Santa Rosa. Memorial contributions in Tom's memory may be made to the Military Order of the Purple Heart, 2140 Bock St. Santa Rosa, Ca. 95403, St. Vincent de Paul or Holy Spirit Men's Club

Tom was my first friend in the 1st grade at Mission Dolores and we remained close through high school. My prayers and thoughts are for Tom, that he is at peace, and for you and the entire family.

He is and all the family will be in
