Thomas Erikson Obituary
July 23, 1961 - December 13, 2022
Thomas Edward Erikson, 61, a long-time San Francisco resident and photographer, died peacefully on December 13 in Orono, Maine after a long struggle with MS. Born in Boston, Tom graduated from Brown University, and moved to San Francisco, where he and his camera were fixtures in the local music and arts scene. Tom produced the "Song Cycle," live performances featuring local musicians, and was known for his eclectic mixed tapes, art collages, Scrabble prowess. Tom had a wide circle of friends, and is survived by his older siblings Ann Febiger, David Erikson, and John Erikson, and several nieces and nephews. He died listening to a song recorded by his longtime partner, singer-songwriter Monica Pasqual.
