Tom, so sad to find out right now, June 9, 2025 that
you have passed. I told you where I was going, and that was the last I spoke with you.

Great memories of you, Bob, and I meeting a
couple of times at UCLA when Bob came in from
Loma Linda and you came down from San Carlos.
Remember the time Carl Reiner met us at UCLA as we were walking after midnight on warm evening past the UCLA bookstore, and he pretended to need a dime, showing a big role of $50 bills?
Wow, just growing up, I guess I felt...Crown Valley
Parkway and Laguna Niguel where Bob jogged...
I know how you felt about these matters, but I
DO pray, that I see you again when I arrive.

Randy

Thomas was an old running friend. We shared an interest in historical distance running statistics (Bay to Breakers). He was a precise race course measuer. One of the many unique characters in our sport.
