We lost track of one another post-college, but our times in San Diego (as lil sis in TKE fraternity, which you somehow convinced me to join) and of course growing up on Forest Side Ave, will remain as well as you will in my heart, big brother. With prayers for a peaceful journey now...and for your family.
Tommy Koenig ca 1978. RIP my big brother.

Oh geez. How heartbreaking to see this announcement in the SF Chronicle today. I knew "Tommy K" back in grade school and high school. He was a great guy: Full of fun and mischief but a heart of gold underneath. I'm so sorry for your loss. May he rest peacefully in his afterlife.

My sincere condolences to TK's family, friends, customers and colleagues. I will have great memories of conversations we had, laughs we shared, and his great sense of humor. May his memory be a blessing to all that had the privilege of knowing this wonderful man.

I am so sorry to hear of Tom's passing. We were roommates back in the late 80's and he was the best "brother" a girl could ask for. Tom always went out of his way to look after me. I have not seen him in years but will always remember him for his kindness & consideration and his big laughs! My condolences to his family.

I saw Tom about 6 weeks ago. He was his usual jovial self and as I reflect on that last time seeing him it occurred to me; he was the same good man that I have been friends with for the past 40 years. It was laughs and jokes, as well as a "how's the family" kind of visit. Then we would often talk about some of the cherished memories of our youth, "casino night" at my family's cabin on Fallen Leaf Lake, or meeting up at the Greek Theater to see the Grateful Dead.
My mom and dad thought of Tom like a son, because he was a chosen member of our family.
I will forever miss you Brother Tom, but the friendship we shared will be with me and remembered forever.
To the entire Koenig family, my deepest condolences.

Jesus "TK", we were just talking. Twenty five years of motorcycles, music & great, long & often belabored conversation. What a ride. You will be sorely missed, brother. I send my very best wishes to your family and loved ones in this difficult time. You are the best... see ya on the other side.
